The Godfather of Soul, James Brown, died on Christmas day 2006. He was admitted earlier to Emory Crawford Long Hospital with pneumonia and suspected heart failure.

The lawyer and accountant locked her out of the house. She was shown crying at the entrance with the baby in her arms.. then shown crying at his statue. Saying she has no where to go..
The lawyer said she has a house ten minutes away and she hadnt seen him in the last three weeks prior to his death.
