I can't really stand Rachel Ray but she's got a great tip on how to prepare a party starter in like 5 minutes. Easy and good tip to know.

the top picture looks like her, the bottom picture doesnt. obviously, both of them are photoshopped to death. she is ALOT more 'curvy' than that.
