Where is the Christmas tree at Ben-Gurion airport in Tel Aviv? Oh, there isn't one? Better take the menorah's down then, because somebody is going to sue!

Threatening to sue is not cause? Check your own facts. Did this rabbi threaten to sue over the lack of Christmas trees at Israeli airports? No? Imagine that.

i heard about that. it was a 10 year tradition. the airport caved in pretty easily.
