Title: 50 Years Later
Post by: TehBorken on Nov 06 06 08:48
Cool idea. The basic idea of this webpage linked below is quite simple: Take a vintage photo, take an identical photo of the site (with the same angle, etc.) as if the camera never moved and overlay the two. Must have taken a lot of time to get 'em lined up right.[/p] [a href="vny!://ace.methodcomputers.com/ghost/"]Link[/a] [a href="vny!://www.digg.com/"][/a][/p] (That's North Carolina State University campus, BTW.)

Very clever !

When I remodelled my hubby's rental property, I took pictures of every room (quite the disaster area after 12 years of renters)

When I finished, I took all the same pictures from the same angles.  It looks very cool when you view them 'slide show' style.

Brilliant! I wished I could have thought about this when I was doing art project in high school.
