CBS is suing Howard Stern for promoting his show while still at CBS. I don't think CBS would give a damn except that they've supposedly experienced a huge ratings drop when Stern moved to the Sirius satellitte radio network. I bet this will be an entertaining court case.

(I don't listen to Howard Stern, just in case you're wondering. I never found his show to be interesting but apparently a lot of people do.)
Howard Stern is repulsive, and he knows it. He has an almost admirable though unplaceable "moral rectitude" of sorts.
I've listen to it. Mainly because during the morning I got tired of sports radio and bbc radio on the npr station goes off the air at 5. And NPR is a joke. I'm a news junkie. And I first started listening to him during the election. I don't care for the porn star crap. I did buy a sirius system and bought stocks. I do believe in the technology. I'll listen to him every once in a while but my stations are bbc news, cbc 1, cbc 3, bandepart (the french canadian cbc 3) and sometimes bbc radio 1.
