Is there anything I can do ? The last couple days have been extremely slow to post. Mostly it just hangs there, and I can't post at all. Any suggestions ?

Yeah I'm having problems as well and I've got high speed DSL cable.

Now it seems really quick but I'm the only one on at the moment and its 12pt 2am ct time.

I know that yesterday the ISP (CI Host) was undergoing a large-scale DDOS attack so that accounts for some of it. The server was restarted a day or so ago which may have helped a bit, but I think there have also been some periodic slow times that were unrelated to anything under my control.
