You know, Adam, you have a way of bringing out the contrariness in folks. It's like a talent. Sort of.

[DIV style="OVERFLOW: auto; WIDTH: 100%"] Sounds a bit like the old cliche,  "You can't make an omelet without breaking eggs."

True enough, but you can break eggs without making an omelet. Anyway, who needs  the drama?[/DIV][/DIV]

If I want drama, I'll watch TV or talk to my ex-wife.

While it is far from the worst of my long list of fiascos, I did annoy myself greatly with this pointless post and following modifications.  But, I'm somewhat amused that two intelligent women who seem to have complete and fulfilling lives would devote some of their precious time to writing character profiles of me. So thought, why not, give a background to the past generations of failed aristocrats who hightailed from their muderous English kin and fled to Barbados, lived vile decadent lives, and survived generations of ridiculous conflicts of one kind or another to produce the latest in their silly legacy -- Yours Truly.

Very suspicious indeed. I've already alerted the Department of Homeland Insecurity, Wal-Mart, and the Centers For Disease Control.
