News flash for those who haven't noticed: Today DS had its first visit by a troll ever since its inception!  (//vny!://smiley.onegreatguy.net/poo.gif)

A follow up investigation revealed that it was a baby troll that had accidentally strayed away from its parents at DV.[/DIV] [/DIV]Shortly after a few unsuccessful attempts at trolling on DS, it now appears to have returned to the safety and comfort of DV.  

According to witness accounts it's in good health and has been enjoying its favorite activities.

This thread can be used for future updates on troll sightings and activity/damage reports.

I'd like to report [A href="vny!://discoverseattle.net/forums/index.php/topic,34.msg3913.html#msg3913"]vny!://discoverseattle.net/forums/index.php/topic,34.msg3913.html#msg3913[/A]  (and the message right before it) as a possible attempts at trolling.

While the troll's script did not accomplish its intended result, it HAS affected the "Reply with Quote" function disabling the edit window and making it invisible.

However that was easy to overcome: First preview your response and then edit it  in the preview mode. That's how I was able to reply to it.

My sources indicate that its parents may not be aware that it has wandered away and it's still hanging around DS looking for someone to play with.

Yep, it was a try. A very lame, uninspired try, but a try nonetheless. Poor 'oura', he tried hacking the other day and that didn't work either. It must be so frustrating to fail on a regular basis like that, and then to have eveyone laugh at your attempts.

Won't somebody think of the trolls?!?!?

Baby trolls are known for their fascination with the outer world. All they want to do is to play and explore...
