Declining Nigerian orders....
Some merchants allow you to "decline" or refuse an order for any reason you want, and they often ask you to put in a comment as to why the order was declined. Here's one I found amusing. It's a view from one vendor's order management panel, showing his comment on a Nigerian order. Kind of says it all, and I can't say as I blame him.
