Can you imagine the trouble I'd get into with one of these? I can.
Designed by Gen Yanagisawa, this awesome one-man chopper named the "GEN H-4." is the world's smallest co-axial helicopter ever made (that actually flies). This Japanese designed and manufactured ultralight one-man helicopter weighs about 150 lbs and has a 10,000 ft ceiling. They're $30,000 apiece, but still......Yeee-haw!

What happens if that thing runs out of gas at 10,000ft? Or a bird hits the engine?
I'd be all

Yeah, but would you actually bother to go that high? (10000 ft) Even at 5000 ft, you'd get a pretty good view of the city...
