This site is slow at the moment because our hosting provider (not us personally) is under a "massive" Distributed Denial Of Service attack (DDOS). Depending on where you live this may have lots of impact or none at all. I'm currently seeing a very glacial response, and the hosting admins are working on it. A lot of CI Host clients are affected at the moment.
If I ever find any of the malicious little pricks who like to trash the internet this way for fun, I'll put a bullet in their head(s). Maybe two.
