To bad that could never happen here. People don't know the anthem so the home team always puts the words up on the jumbo tron. Heck the Edmonton fans even said the french right. Bottom line this video rules.
Pretty cool, eh? Now these are what I would call real FANS. I also think they would sing anything as long as beer was available, but that's only my opinion.
Watched the game tonight, they did it again. I was suprised that it was one of the most watched clips on YouTube.

it happened the last time canucks made the playoff vs the flames. basically, it was the same thing the edmonton fans did. the canuck fans sang part of the anthem.

To a million americans it starts out "Jose can you see". The national anthem is a joke if you ask me. Seeing a bunch of fat drunks trying to sing even thou they've never taken any sort of vocal training hurts SD's ears. And no they don't know the words because I've been to Red Soxs, Cubs, Cardinals, Braves, Rams, Blues, Brewers, Indians, Royals and a NASCAR event any everytime they would do the anthem right behind the singer would be the words scrolling down the jumbo tron in huge print and they still would get it wrong.
