Title: Ann Coulter: WANTED FELON
Post by: TehBorken on May 23 06 07:14
[h3]Wanted felon[/h3][a href="vny!://www.sploid.com/news/2006/05/ann_coulter_is.php"][img title="'I'm gonna be the warden's favorite'" src="vny!://www.sploid.com/images/2006/05/koulter.jpg" height="180" width="240"][/a]                                      Back in February it was reported that [a href="vny!://www.sploid.com/news/2006/02/lovable_pundit.php"]America's favorite anorexic viper was a suspected felon[/a]. Now she is a fugitive from the law. [/p] The [a href="vny!://www.bradblog.com/archives/00002807.htm"]Brad Blog has uncovered an official document that outlines what exactly happened[/a]. If Palm Beach election officials are to be believed, not only did Coulter commit voter fraud, she did so after being asked not to.[/p] In his incident report Precinct Advisor James Whited tells of noticing that Coulter's home address did not match the one on her voter registration, and his subsequent discussion of the issue with her.[/p] [blockquote]Ms. Coulter then said, "What was the problem?" It was explained that she needed to fill out a change of address form in order to vote in Precinct 1198. She countered with, "Where would I vote with the address that I have?" I advised her that it would be at St. Edward's Church. She said ''thank you" and hurriedly went out the door and down the driveway. I followed her to the edge of the driveway trying to get her to return but to no avail. I had no idea where she was going when she left the precinct.[/blockquote] It turns out she was going to the polling place that matched her phony voter registration.[/p] Shortly after Palm Beach's city council elections, word broke that Ann Coulter had registered to vote using not her own address, but that of her real estate agent, Suzanne Frisbie.[/p] "She never lived here," said Frisbie. "I'm Ann's Realtor, and she used this address to forward mail when she moved from New York."[/p] In the subsequent weeks, as Coulter continued speaking at campuses across the country, she dismissed questions about the incident.[/p] "I don't live in Palm Beach. Maybe you shouldn't read retarded news!" she hissed at one poor truth-seeker.
[/p] Except she does in fact live in Palm Beach, [a href="vny!://www.bradblog.com/archives/00002682.htm"]as proved by county tax records[/a].[/p] The county elections office has made repeated attempts to contact Coulter regarding this matter, but to no avail.[/p] "[a href="vny!://www.palmbeachpost.com/celebrities/content/local_news/epaper/2006/05/10/m2a_jose_col_0510.html"]We may start the administrative procedure to remove Ms. Coulter from the voter rolls this week[/a]," said Charmaine Kelly, deputy elections chief. "There will be a public hearing to cancel her registration. If that happens, she won't be able to vote until she re-registers. It's a rather rare procedure."[/p] Kelly says that following the hearing, Coulter's case may be referred to the state attorney's office for criminal prosecution. Coulter could face up to $5,000 in fines and five years in prison if convicted.                                              [/p][p id="Permalink"][a href="vny!://www.sploid.com/news/2006/05/ann_coulter_is.php"]Permalink

Heaven forbid I should be an apologist for the likes of Ann Coulter, especially regarding the electoral system in Florida, but . . .

If Florida doesn't have a "motor voter bill" it's one of those things that can slip through the cracks.

I've had two periods in my life when I've moved a number of times in a short period, and I can see how something like this can happen.  I've gone to precincts in California to vote that I had moved away from only a few months before, because I was in a temporary living situation and hadn't changed the address on my driver's licence or registration.  As soon as things settled down, I had a new licence, car registration and voting address.

I'm voting in a district that was not my last address in the US because I moved out of that district only a few months before I moved to Canada.  To be perfectly honest, I don't even vote for most local races when I get my absentee ballot, but I will occasionally when I know a candidate from the district (where I lived for seven years) and am aware of their stands on issues that I dealt with when living there.

Like I said, Florida is a piss-poor example of good electoral politics, but to me (an ultra-Lefty to the core) this smells of muckraking.  Surely, the Leftist press can come up with something better?

Anne Coulter is a pyscho. He's (yes he's) anti anything that is remotely left of the political dial.  In her perfect world Hitler would be president.

In short, she stands for everything that thinking people are against.

My interest, such as I have any, in Ann Coulter is purely carnal. Her mind is a raging cesspool of unseemly bacteria. One of those poorly educated types who thinks that they're not.

You know, like a university professor who thinks he understands politics because he reads books and runs his mouth about it all day long.

She's an extreme right-wing whacko. Some typical Ann Coulter quotes:

[span class="body"]"My only regret with Timothy McVeigh is he did not go to the New York Times Building.[/span]"
 [span class="bodybold"] [/span]
"There are a lot of bad republicans; there are no good democrats."

"We need to execute people like (John Walker Lindh) in order to physically intimidate liberals."

"Whether they are defending the Soviet Union or bleating for Saddam Hussein, liberals are always against America. They are either traitors or idiots."

On other countries that oppose us: "We should invade their countries, kill their leaders, and convert them to Christianity."

I have no idea how this woman got to where she is.  She is quite obviously an attention seeker and a poster child for dumb blondes.  The picture of her up top makes me want to scratch right through my monitor.  GRRRRRRRR.

She's a vehement critic of social and political liberalism. AKA She's a NAZI.

Here are her quotes about Canada:

"[Canadians] better hope the United States does not roll over one night and crush them. They are lucky we allow them to exist on the same continent."

  "Canada has become trouble recently."

"It's always the worst Americans who go there."

"We could have taken them over so easy. But I only want the western part, with the ski areas, the cowboys, and the right wingers. They're the only good parts of Canada."

After being asked why she hates Canada:

 "Because they speak French."

On the Environment:

"The ethic of conservation is the explicit abnegation of man's dominion over the Earth. The lower species are here for our use. God said so: Go forth, be fruitful, multiply, and rape the planet--it's yours. That's our job: drilling, mining and stripping. Sweaters are the anti-Biblical view. Big gas-guzzling cars with phones and CD players and wet bars -- that's the Biblical view."

"God gave us the earth. We have dominion over the plants, the animals, the trees. God said, 'Earth is yours. Take it. Rape it. It's yours.'"

  On Laws

"I have to say I'm all for public flogging. One type of criminal that a public humiliation might work particularly well with are the juvenile delinquents, a lot of whom consider it a badge of honor to be sent to juvenile detention. And it might not be such a cool thing in the 'hood to be flogged publicly."

"I think we had enough laws about the turn-of-the-century. We don't need any more." Asked how far back in time would she go to repeal laws, she replied, "Well, before the New Deal."  When asked, "You're talking about the Emancipation Proclamation?" she replied, "That would be a good start."

  - That statement means that she's for slavery.  The Emancipation Proclamation inacted by Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves from the south during the Civil War.

"The presumption of innocence only means you don't go right to jail."

And here's the best one yet. She makes a complete ass of herself because without this she probly would have been flogged herself or hung:

"Frankly, I'm not a big fan of the First Amendment."

What a fool. Not a fan of the first Amendment is hysterical considering she wouldn't be able to say the things she says without it. What a dumbass.

Sad thing is somehow she's a lawyer.  If Bill Clinton got his law license removed because of a blow job this lady needs hers removed because she's a danger to society.

In these next statements she disses Mothers and Women in General. (Remember she is a WOMAN)

"I think [women] should be armed but should not vote...women have no capacity to understand how money is earned. They have a lot of ideas on how to spend it...it's always more money on education, more money on child care, more money on day care."

It would be a much better country if women did not vote. That is simply a fact. In fact, in every presidential election since 1950 - except Goldwater in '64 - the Republican would have won, if only the men had voted."

Wait a minute!  If she is so much against women voting,, why did she vote?  What is she doing meddling in politics if she thinks men are supposed to be running these things?  Her mouth is still running, but her brain (assuming she owns one) has been shut down for a long time.

She is a complete disaster but I do think some of it is for show.  She wouldn't be on TV if she didn't say half the stuff that spews out of her mouth.  Shows have her on because she, believe it or not, makes good TV.  I know I stop on a channel when I see her so I can shake my head an wonder what planet she actually comes from.  What she doesn't understand is that she really does more harm than anything.  What do you think an impressionable young lady thinks when she hears what Ann has to say.  Talk about throwing women back a few years.  She is a joke and should be treated as such.

Oh gawd.  Look at some of those "second-wave feminism" books from the 80s and you'll find that most of the reactionary women who promoted the "Kinde, Kueche, Kirche" bullshit were all "career women" who had their own businesses based on their publications and speaking engagements, and supported a staff of nannies, housekeepers and personal assistants to handle their "domestic lives", just like the "careerists" they were making their living denigrating!

What makes you think that the current crop of anti-feminists is going to be any less hypocritical?

I don't think Ann Coulter would ever label herself a Feminist.
Title: Re: Ann Coulter: WANTED FELON

No, no . . . I get that.  But expect Ann Coulter to be rumbled by the current wave of feminists just like 80s anti-feminists like Maribel Morgan were by the likes of Susan Faludi and Naomi Wolfe.

Just the fact that she's making a career for herself as an apologist for the anti-feminist right proves that she's a total hypocrite.  Thankfully the 80s feminists provided a precedent for social critics to assess people like Ann Coulter and all those "housework goddess" types that are out there now with a more critical eye.
