I pointed out that DV didn't have a PM system for example. (because rule 1 is talking about harrassment through PM for example) And that message was immediately deleted.
I seriously question the sincerity behind that link.
It all comes down to enforcement and accountability. And DV has neither.
Enforcement is totally arbitrary. And accountability is non existent.

Please be careful about what you post as we've had several departments of the RCMP in our offices the past few weeks collecting information on offenders.
