Well, The test results where not that good. My physician is contacting 2  specialist one of them to be a surgical specialist for me to see as soon as possible to see what can be  done, if anything. My pain medications have been effectively increased  by 1/3. This is enough pain medication to put a normal person out like a  light for a few hours.
 
 I am now taking over 70 pills every 14 days .Most are for just physical  pain management. plus some additional instant ones, by instant I mean you  place them under the tongue or between the gum and lip these are taken for  break through pain management.

If dissolved under the tonger or between  the lip &amp; gum they will relieve pain for about 2 - 4 hours and start to work within  15 minutes of letting them dissolve. They do not taste good, but they  also do not taste bad. Some of the other ones I have had to take over the past couple of years tasted really horrible. 
 
 I take another kind of pain medication and this one is for nerve pain  management. Honestly I am not seeing much relief from the nerve pain,  the pain seems to be about the same. However with the new increased  dosage of pain medications I will be taking I have hopes it will become  much more bearable.

Hopefully with this increased dosage I shall stop wanting to cry myself to sleep from  the pain I am in.I can say that the nerve pain medication sometimes  helps but I think most of the time it does not and when I explained this  to the Doctor she said it may be some weeks before I will notice a significant  increase of movement and of decreased pain. Problem is I do not want to wait weeks I need relief from the pain, yesterday. 
 
 One of the best beneficial effects that I have noticed with the use of  the nerve management medication, is that it does help me fall to sleep  and it relieves some of the restless leg syndrome I suffer. That is is  where the leg muscles twitch. Imagine this, opening and closing your  hand very, very fast a few hundred times a second. 
 
 That's what the muscles in the legs like to do when I lay down. It is  much worse if I have to lie down on my back. So the medication stops the  muscles from twitching at night, so I at least manage to get 5 to 6  hours sleep.Let's not forget the occasional Antibiotics or the Steroids I  must take (yes they are prescribed) &amp; then there is the one I take  for my blood. Then there is the Iron supplements and the Vitamin  supplements.
 
 If my blood tests are sub-par I then have to take either phosphate or  potassium supplements  Sometimes i end up having to take both of them  and let me tell you they taste horrible, there is another option a big  pill and I do mean a very big pill and it is not taken orally..

Trust me on this when I say you to would opt to take the horrible tasting tablets dissolved in water, sure they taste  god awful but it sure as shit beats the alternative method. on top of  the Pain medications that I take to make me comfortable is the  occasional Advil tablet for my headaches because I can not use Tylenol  anymore. 
 
 Migraine medication which I can not afford right now are over 96 dollars  for 6 tablets. These tablets are not covered by pharmacare. Not with out  government authorization sadly they are also not covered by my  insurance =( I am still a few hundred dollars away from complete  pharmacare coverage. 
 
 Thankfully they are covering approximately 20 percent of my costs right  now. which is currently 160 to 240 dollars per month.  I do not know exactly how much more I will have to pay before they  will cover it 100 percent. I can tell you this as soon as they do, I  will ask my doctor for 5 or 6 packs of that migraine medication since it  has a 2 year shelf life, and if I need to take one I will have some on  hand. 
 
 However I will have to jump through some hoops before I can get the  dispensation for it. An Yet it is the only one I have used thus far, that  actually works and I mean within 45 minutes of taking it I can remove  the earplugs &amp; some times I can even tolerate some soft music playing.  Often with in 2 hours of taking it, I can turn 1 or 2 of the soft 40 watt lights on. Often  within 4 hours of taking it I can actually work on the computer...
 
 Thankfully I do not have to go back to the hospital, but if things get any  worse i shall have to. My Dr. made me promise her that I will go back immediately =((  I did not want to promise her that. You all know how much I hate the bloody  hospital. But at the same time, I understand why she wanted me to  promise her that I would.

It is cause things are a little bit serious right now. If things get  worse, it will mean a possible infection in the spinal cord &amp; I will  need the advance health care that only the hospital environment can provide because I will rapidly deteriorate to a  point that I'll become unable to care for myself. So let's pray it does  not get any worse than it currently is.

Wish I could say the same. We're starting off our new year with my mom needing bypass surgery on three clots, I'm in and out of court over personal issues, and my aunt recently passed away.
Hopefully the year will get better from here *knock on wood*

Well, if we were too far away from shore then I wouldnt get signal. We are standby at anchor due to no work for the ship. So we are about 3-4 miles off the coast. So still a decent signal.

Doing some online training requirements for the company.. its so exciting Im ready to stab my brain through my eye with a pencil. The english wording for some of the questions is written by someone with english as a second language.. and throws the answer off with the wording.
