How does the karma thing work on here? How do you make it go plus or minus?
You have to become a master Jedi and be able to levitate over a bottle of beer without drinking it before you can manipulate your karma.

I had the same question when I was on here for the first time. You have to post somewhere between 5 - 10 times in order to "bless" or "smite" people. Before that it doesn't show up on your screen.

After you've made 10 posts as a registered user the karma 'bless/smite' links will begin appearing below other registered user's names. You can bless or smite each user once per hour. The time limit is just there to prevent someone from smiting you over and over in a short period of time.
