I'm not familiar with video capure & conversion stuff. What do you use to make it?
vcr or dvd recorder(recent purchase. Halleluiah i moved outta da 80's!) to a 7yo hauppage card with an rca cord (my card doesn't have svhs)[/DIV]hit record (i use the hauppage software - WinTV2000) [/DIV]open up adobe premiere using the default setting (ntsc 640x480 - the 720 stretches the video)[/DIV]open the avi file, edit, slice, levels, sharpen, reverse, etc...[/DIV]export movie as animated gif (adjust frame rate, etc just before the save)[/DIV]open up adobe imageready (great software for editing gifs) [/DIV]edit,save, and bob's your uncle
