Theres a difference between .99 dollars which is .99 cents, they do not equal each other. And 0.002 CENTS per Kb does NOT mean .002 DOLLARS per Kb.
That is amazing that so many of the representatives failed to recognize the difference. I think elementary school students could tell the difference by the time they reached Grade 5.
