I received a CD from my brother today containing ten of the songs he had written lately, so I've been listening to that this afternoon.  He wrote a song called "Working Man" that I found interesting.  His songs are more in a country vein, but there are some very interesting songs in there that I would consider more in the troubadour style than country.  A lot of it is based on working experiences he has had, and he turned his hand to many things in the course of his life.

My idea was to pounce on it while your back was turned and with claws deeply embedded  thereby keep the last word.

I've learned that the more you experience in a new place, the more it starts to feel like home.  So keep looking around for new things to do, and you'll start feeling more comfortable as time goes on.  I remember it felt sort of strange adjusting to Vancouver after living in Montreal, but now I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.  This is my home and I am very content here.

The workshop is amazing, TehBorken!  So beautiful, and you must have every tool known to man in there!  Just incredible.  I love how it looks, and you also have a gorgeous view out your window for while you are sitting there planning your next project.

I'm watching the morning news on Global.  It's one of my never miss shows.  The morning seems to go all wrong if I have to miss it.

I'm sure a generous man like yourself won't mind sharing a nice experience like the LAST WORD.

I'm trying to think of something interesting to have for breakfast.  When I solve that mystery, I intend to consider lunch on a contented tummy.

The food festival should be a wonderful thing to attend.  (licking chops longingly)  You seem to be on a never-ending party filled with gorgeous sights and sounds and the very best of all things enjoyable.  Life as it should be in a perfect world!

I am forever grateful that my cats, like myself, are not inclined to bad behavior.  My poor old former tom, Kaycee, still has memories of past lusts, and tries to convince Skinx to at least give it a try.  She reacts with teeth and claws to such a suggestion, and convinces Kaycee that any further advances are NOT welcome.  Off he goes sorrowfully to await his breakfast, and then out the door to play.

Those handles are beautiful.  I'm curious to find out what kind of handles you will use for the rest of the drawers you will be building, in order to complement these that you have put in.  Perhaps black in a similar style?

I spent the snacking on all sorts of things.  For breakfast I had ham and sliced tomato.  A little later I felt hungry again, so ate a lemon meringue yoghurt.  Around eleven I had two glasses of orange juice and a cookie.  Fed the cats at noon and had an apple strudel.  It was so sweet all I could taste was sugar instead of apple.  I didn't like it at all, so drank a couple of glasses of water to take the taste away.  For the cost I regret buying it.  I had a second one, but couldn't find anyone who wanted it, so I threw it out.  I snacked on a couple of cookies and an orange in the afternoon, and didn't bother eating anything for supper.  Around nine I remembered I had some imitation crab meat in the fridge, so ate some of that with sliced tomato for supper.  I can't believe how much I ate today!  I hope this hunger keeps up tomorrow so I can put on a bit of weight.  The doctor commented on how thin I had become, and told me I had to eat more and gain some back.  He sounded rather worried about me, and how my immunity would be severely compromised if I didn't gain some weight quickly.
