Just a short street scene in the rain from Phnom Penh that some friends kept asking me to upload (as well as a few others).

Not too exciting, but this is what you'd see if you sat outside our apartment in Phnom Penh and watched the world go by. Notice the somewhat exasperated traffic cop who is clearly not able to do much in the way of alleviating the congestion that formed randomly for no apparent reason.

This was just a mild rain. I've tried to get pics when it's pouring heavily but the rain never shows up well.
