Greetings,
As you partake in your meals tomorrow I'd like you to remember the true meaning of the holiday. As you celebrate what you are thankful for... remember all the natives who were slaughtered at the hands of the right man. As you complain about losing your freedoms, remember my people who had no freedom because of the white man. My ancestors suffered greatly and it continues to this day. We are fighting a battle to reclaim the land that belonged to our ancestors and we will continue this battle until there is no more people breathing in our tribe. Thanksgiving celebrates the rape of ALL Native Americans. My ancestors had kids slaughtered at the hands of the white man. Temikoka who was alive in 1842 was tied to a tree and had her baby ripped out of her belly and left to die by some white men who were exploring the area. We will win this battle and I thank all who have helped, even the white man who regrets the actions of his ancestor.
