So, these a-holes from "American Home Mortgage" have been calling us and sending us these bogus letters trying to trick us into refinancing with them...and they claim that (oh my!) we're behind in our mortgage payments by "60 days" or more (and of course we're not). But they'd love to trick you into refinancing yourself into a really bad mortgage, once you hand over all of your personal information.

. A soundboard is a Flash app that lets you play fun movie sounds, and whaddya know,
you can play them right into your phone by holding it up to the speaker (it works best when you have your phone set to speakerphone mode).
I decided to call them and let them speak with a soundboard.
Well, let me tell ya- hilarity ensued.
They got very flustered talking to Arnold Shwarzenegger, Napoleon Dynomite, and Austin Powers, and
none of them even realized they were "talking" with a soundboard.
