If you could go back in time and have a conversation with someone what would you say?

I go back to my really young self and tell me to not listen to mom and go ahead with nursing.

I'm not sure I would alter history. I think everything happens for a reason.
But...maybe I would have not started a conversation in 1995 with the guy who stalked me at home and work until I called the police on him.

I'd tell Abraham Lincoln not to visit the theatre.

No way!!! That's a scary situation, LM! What would you have said to him?

Scary indeed. I suspect the conversation took place before it was realized he was a stalker ?
Creepy.

Exactly. I wouldn't have talked to him in the first place.
I often wonder about alternate realities- like what would today look like if Lincoln hadn't gone to the theatre, JFK hadn't gone in the motorcade, or the French had won in 1759.

Or if Adolf Hitler got accepted into the Vienna art school.
If Henry A. Wallace wasn't dropped for Harry S. Truman on the 1945 ticket.
Robert E Lee had gone around Gettysburg
A million strikes and protests I can think of and so on.
Or someone from the Louisiana Territory, what if Napoleon never sold it? omg!
