They can do both, PC. It just depends on whether or not I have the time otherwise they'll have to send the dresses to me. I would rather pick up the dresses as I can see what they're like and then have them altered if I don't like the fit.

  Anyways, they're all so pretty so it's hard for me to pick the right one.
