I (over) baked some skinless, boneless breasts in prep for later.
 Was doing business over the phone and forgot they were in the oven.
 
 Will cover with BBQ sauce and grill marks.  Noone will notice the difference (I hope!)

You could wrap some bacon around the chicken and then cook it again so that the juices try to get inside, making it a bit juicier?
