Victoria still dumps its shit in the Strait remember. The Gov. of Washington I swear had a campaign promise to 'convince Victoria from stop dumping sewage into the Strait'. The poop goes into the Sound, pollutes Seattle, apparently.

I don't know how Washington could win that battle, they're below us, so to speak. They could stop giving us coal powered energy, that's about it. Oh well I know what they could do, they'd close the border down then all the people who go to the outlets would be pissed.
