Those are good stretchedout....I feel the same.  Reach out and touch someone?  I think not.  More like the fast track to disconnection.  Add to that the other solitary activities that interfere with true social behaviour and we're not far from becoming social cripples and achieving total isolation.

  The equivilant in a non-technical world would be for each person to have a deck of cards and do nothing but play endless solitaire.

Sheesh....now we're disconnecting our pets ?  I wonder if 'Fido' would be as pleased to get a phone call as he would a run in the park or a good scritch behind the ears.  Just give him a call...I'm sure he would be thrilled you did !

I worry about the possibility that there might be truth in the connection between cell phones and the loss of the bees.  Without pollination, we might not live long enough to get a brain tumour.

  However, I need my cell phone for work and personal.  But I'm on it maybe 15 minutes per day total.  And I use a bluetooth ear bud.  The jawbone is the best - waiting to use mine when the Motorola craps out.
