Amazing. This guy has recreated the USS Harry S Truman aircraft carrier -the whole thing- in Legos. Planes, decks, Phalanx system, everything. OMG that is so cool!

Any Lego fans that find themselves in the San Diego-ish area (and have money to burn) should go to Legoland for a real eyeful. HUGE real life cityscapes and the whole nine yards.

It helped in the early days to fix the calendar, and it caused Egyptian priests to chronicle ecplipses with such care that in time they were able to predict them. These two services I am prepared to acknowledge, but I do not know of any others
