(I don't understand CTV's wording here, B.C. isn't getting any lines, lol, Vancouver is)

weird, where's victoria's lrt? So i guess the downtown trolley idea for Vancouver is dead.
I can't help but laugh, Campbell said on bbc world service that Vancouver wasn't big enough to support more transit lines. lol
