I like it but I really like what Sweden is doing with their ideas of housing.

I like what was in the papers a few weeks ago about studies done on rooftop lawns/plants/gardens. I remember something about them talking about making it a requirement on buildings in vancouver and toronto because of the proven aesthetic and ecological effects. Its a good insulator for heat and such on top of the buildings as well.

On the bright side, you could just slide on the roof when it's icy.  Just bring cardboard and have a first aid attendant on site.

where are the plumbing vents, heating vents, elevator housing, etc. ?

Contemporary design isn't my thing, but U still got to admit, I can still appreciate it when it's done well.  The interiors are fabulous too.  Mind you, at 2 and half million bucks for 2550 sq ft,  they should be.
