What's a trans-pod you ask? Something you saw on a Star Trek episode? Wrong!

[A href="vny!://www.virtualvancouver.com/news/news-53.html"]Vancouver buses[/A] are soon going to be equipped with wireless internet access so commuters can use their notebooks or PDAs to get the latest bus information, track bus movement, find out waiting time for bus before it arrives, etc.

hmmm, the article reads BC Transit and not Translink.  I know that Victoria uses BC Transit.

Now, there's the option of entering the 5 digit number from the Stop when you call in Translink to find out the next bus times.  I think that's a wonderful feature when you're at a stop, waiting for the next bus.
