  What I don't get is people who follow Benny Hinn. It so apparent that he's taking the money and using it for his own pleasure. Yet people would do anything for him. The sad part is knowing that he's doing it all in the name of God.

 oh no Lise the people that follow him know this. When the Olsteens and a couple other fakes have bentley's and a private jet. Its bought by the church people in approval. They'll say 'we bought it so he can spread the word about God'.

  As far as I know, it doesn't cost anything to pray to whatever God you choose.  If a 'holy man' tries to tell anyone different.....he's nothing more than a scam artist.

  purelife, Benny Hinn is very real and a con-artist. I still can't believe he's getting away with it all though.

People like this go after the weak. This guy goes after the week and vulnerable. He's no different then a bully or a scam artist who preys on innocent victims tricking them because the victim doesn't know any better.

I guess that's what bothers me about the whole thing.  It's disturbing to me the amount of 'weak' there are....I mean when you think about it, that takes in a pretty hefty percentage of the population.

we all have that weakness, all it takes is for somebody to exploit it and find it.

   I was delicately tip-toeing around making implications of religion being a crutch for many....those are the weak I was referring to.
