Racist attack on chinese bus rider

An 87 year-old chinese man was attacked while riding the bus. [A href="vny!://www.virtualvancouver.com/news/news-48.html"]Vancouver news story here[/A].

  I find it difficult to believe that there would be racist attacks in this day and age, yet alone the fact that someone would try to beat up a defenseless 87 year-old. Some people are just so crazy. Too bad the bus driver and passengers didn't catch up to the attacker and send him to the hospital.

That is just sick and pathetic. Figures they found him at a bar. Probably trying to get some more courage to attack another old man.

I've been racially profiled before when I have been riding in the car with black people and black friends. People are stupid.

How do you know that you've been racially profiled?

because I had the cops called by 'someone in the neighbourhood, in a suspecious car' according to the officer.
Not shocked really, they wanted to expand metrolink out into the white suburbs but of the 70% that voted No on the measure, half said because "of black people".

 yeah its no fun. Plus I went to an all black high school in the 'city' (when they say 'city' they're implying 'black people')
Sadly this is typical throughout the midwest/southern towns. Black people are super poor and live in the cities that are falling apart and are truly a ghetto, while the white people had a 'white flight' after the civil rights act in the 60's and now live in the suburbs. Saint Louis had a population of 800,000 people a decade before the 60's and the civil rights era.
Oh here I'll just give you the stats, its truly shocking.


If it wasn't for the Bosnian immigrants during the Bosnian war in the 90's the city population would be around 250k easily.

He was probably an outcast and had little to no friends in the Jewish community. Those are the people that these groups look for. I think those groups try to recruit social outcasts, people who are all alone and have no one and feel rejected by society. They then offer these individuals a chance to belong to a 'family' and give them ideals and a cause to believe in. They got to get members somehow.
