Scotland have won the Homeless World Cup with a 9-3 victory over Poland.  The final of this year's competition took place at a temporary stadium in the main square of Copenhagen in Denmark. [/p] Scottish captain Paul Smith said he was thrilled with the result and described the skill level as "exceptional". [/p] The event, which was first held in 2003, brings together teams from around the globe. About 500 players from 48 countries took part this year. [/p] Scottish coach David Duke said: "After changing my own life through football and the Homeless World Cup it is just great that I can help others do the same. To take Scotland to victory is just superb."[/p][hr style="width: 100%; height: 2px;"]This is a great idea! Although here the sport would be basketball or flag football.
