I mean, you can't just kick back and enjoy it.
Not everyone wants to go on an electric, magical, sometimes terrifying journey when they could just as easily smoke some herb and get warm and fuzzy.
It must have been nice, though, to live in the Haight in the summer of love, for instance, and wander around in a lsd-fueled daze. I mean, EVERYONE was turned on and tuned in, so you wouldn't have to be paranoid about acting like a freak and getting your ass kicked by rednecks (or whatever).
