That's kinda funny but that pitch was not a strike.
I used to play a lot of slowpitch. I was a pitcher. In tournaments, you could easily spot the fastball players because they had trouble hitting a blooping, slow-moving pitch. They would often swing way too early like you need to do to hit a 70 mph fastpitch.
