What is 5' 4" these days? Short, or average? Although I'm about 5' 7" with a pair of 3 inch heels on when dancing...

I've seen this one guy with 2 inch heels (or maybe more) on. These were some thick looking clogs. A big fashion FAUX PAS! EWWWW...no heels on guys, please. Up to about an inch is good like the black shoes and runners.
