Hmmm. Maybe I'll play with it today (on the company laptop) Is the e mail an integrated part of it? Can you import existing bookmarked pages for IE? How about contacts from outlook express?

[hr style="width: 100%; height: 2px;"]Yep, you can certainly import all of that information.  I've done it before but I can't remember what I did though... sorry. :(

Hi PL, thanks for the info.

About your dilated exam, it's no biggie to go through. It allows the Optometrist to get a much better look at the structures at the back of the eye. Think of the view as looking through a porthole(undilated pupil) or a picture window (dilated pupil)

With a correction like yours, it is very important to ensure the retina & lattice are in good shape.

Found one ex-bf on FB.  Haven't seen him for 15 years.  Have to say, I'm slightly embarassed about contacting him, because my life was a veritable train wreck back then.

hahaha. If people from my past find me I get the "keep in touch" pm which means "I found you, I don't like what you've become" because they will talk to other people in my past and just ignore me. Then eventually they delete me. Can't trust anyone.

Hmm I don't think that's the case. I go to the ends of the Earth for people, I'm too nice to people and they end up running me over. Take simple things like emails. If someone emails me, I will email them back. I don't ignore people. Most of these people are into themselves too much to notice or they hold long standing grudges or always want to look down on me.

This is a long shot, but......do ya talk politics ?

Nope. I've said before, I'm not political in person. Only on my facebook page, and in writing is when I become 'political'. In person I come off as a centrist, but I hate talking about politics unless I'm with my dad. I like the  journalistic aspect of politics. I don't go up to people and say not this is how I see the world, this is how it needs to be etc that would be an activist, which I am not, I find activism boring and a waste of time in this climate. I never got along with the Nanaimo political crowd because of that. All they could talk about to me is "Hey Yankee Boy go home" or "You know SD, America and its evil empire of Imperialism full of war criminals who kill" etc. I'd go to political meetings and want to talk about gardening with the greenies. lol

Sad.  I had the feeling that you enjoyed campus life and getting involved in causes and writing for the newspaper.

I do, just I haven't found the right people to be around who don't judge me by my nationality. Only the Internationals seem to be accepting of who I was in Nanaimo. Everybody else was all suspecious it was so annoying. I won't be the only American on campus anymore thank god at UBC  lol Americans actually hold leadership positions in clubs and stuff. So the anti-americanism doesn't seem to be as prevalent (outside of the goof balls at the SDS group). There's two people I keep in contact in Nanaimo, they both wished the same thing for me at UBC, that I could find more people like me and not what I experienced in Nanaimo. I'm still going to do stuff with the newspaper or radio. Its what I like to do.

Sorry.  I thought we were talking about people finding you on facebook.
