No, it's a real photo.  Wildlife photo blogger Remo Savisaar posted [a href="vny!://blog.moment.ee/2007/01/viljad-on-valminud-tree-goats.html"]an entry on tree goats[/a] - that's right, goats that climb trees. Apparently this is quite a common phenomenon in Morocco.
