I must say it's hard to believe, but I have no idea also where your figures come from, and I have no idea how much electricity cost in Rotterdam. But I know for sure that some factories in Québec take as much electricity and even more than the entire little town surrounding it.

I told you I had no facts to back up my claims.

I was using the figure of $150 a month for electric consumption for a family of 4 (just a guesstimate)  but you're right....this may not be representative of the costs in Rotterdam.  Either way, it's all relative...and it's a ridiculous amount.

Well if it was true, it was really an impossible question as nobody believes it. lol Not sure the greenish kids will stop boozing and dancing because of that. I suspect a Catholic Plot behind that false information.

ADDENDUM : Now that I think about it, lots of Europeans heat their home, cook their food and warm their water with natural gas, which can make their electricity bill extremely low compared to some North American ones. Maybe this explain those numbers.

Yeah, it's all good until the Russians turn off the gas!

Good guess JJ.  Not the one though.

The answer has nothing to do with defying science or biological cross gender stuff.  You could almost say this was some form of 'honour' bestowed upon these 8 men.  (sort of)
