True. Much of it was due to the ballast water with particulates being loaded in one part of the world and discharged at another part of the world. This is why now its legislated that ballast water has to be changed or flushed through every so often when you cross to other parts of the world.

Uh, whats this to do with something that happens every four seconds? Or did I just get lost here. lol
