Well I've searched this until I'm blue in the face......no luck.  My guess is it was removed (rather untimely removal) because it was most likely an error. (I THOUGHT it sounded odd from the get-go)

  Anyways....whether it's true or not  ISIS got the answer that I was originally looking for.
