I hope you've got it, 49er.  I haven't enough information to even guess.
Thousands of years ago cats were worshipped.  They have not forgotten.

49er

  My fingers are crossed for you.  Makes it rather hard to type, though.[A href="http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZNxmk788YYCA" target=_blank][img height=45 alt="Laughing 2" src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_20.gif" width=50 border=0][/A]

See if this jingles any thoughts.  It's something that is happening while the clock is ticking, that you can't see.

 OK....here we go.

There is something unusal about the show 60 Minutes on CBS, that sets it apart from other shows.  What is it ?

Clue: It's something that is happening while the clock is ticking, that you can't see. ....or hear.

Therefore something you taste, feel or smell.

Is it related to the last question?

More people fart while watching 60 minutes?[/DIV]
"I used to rock and roll all night and party every day, then it was every other day.  Now I'm lucky if I can find half an hour a week in which to get funky."

P.C.

It has nothing to do with the viewers.  No touchy, no smelly, no feely.

oops....I doubled up on the touchy feely.  No tastey either.

If you can not see, hear, taste, smell or touch it........More people go to the bathroom while 60 minutes is on?

I think I'm going to have to spell this one out.   It's about the 'jingle'.

But I can hear a jingle, your clues are confusing.
"I used to rock and roll all night and party every day, then it was every other day.  Now I'm lucky if I can find half an hour a week in which to get funky."

kitten

I know a "jingle" is a commercial, so is there one running in the background off the screen?

Schadenfreude

The "jingle" is just a ticking clock. Is it a lack of a jingle?

Yes that's it.....there is no music or 'jingle' or song.....just the ticking clock.  Apparently it is the only show that doesn't have this.
