I don't know, purelife, but he's sure good at organizing your closets, I tell ya.

I was asking about Eddies, because I get my gift wrap there.  I usually get a one, classy basic paper that's good for all occasions and all seasons.  Then I just make it 'purdy' with gorgeous ribbon and embellishments.  It comes in a HUGE roll and the quality of the paper is lovely.  Nice and heavy.  100 feet for $26.50 (It lasts so long, that you'll forget the name of where you got it, by the time it runs out....lol)

100 feet!! Holy. I didn't know they make it THAT long. Wowser. Is the paper good quality? I always buy mine from the dollar store. They suck but nobody seems to care about the wrapping. (ie. goes into the trash)

Yeah, same here Lise.  Everybody just throws it away anyways.  At least it looks good.

Sounds very nice, PC.  Eddie taught you well...what a night, huh?  ;)  tee hee...

Sportsdude

They organise closets well, eh. They need to come to my room ITS A TOTAL DISASTER!!! lol
Hey Lise is it the dollar store or 'loonie' store in Canada. I'd get a kick and a good laugh if it was loonie store. lol
I'm loonie for toonies. hehehe

There are two known loonie stores called "Dollar Giants" and "Everything for a Dollar" where everything is for 1 buck.  In Richmond, there's a store called "Daiso" where they have two floors of stuff, all at flat rate, 2 bucks!  Yup, awesome stores.

purelife

Did a tornado sweep through your room, SD and create the mess?

Sportsdude

Yeah a Tornado came through alright, its a bloody mess I need one of those asian robot dolls that Lise posted to help me. lol

Cool about the loonie store.  Still think it would be awesome if it was 'Everything for a Loonie' or something like that. Have 'loonie' or 'toonie' in the title would be hysterically funny and tourists would go to the store just so they can say they 'went to the loonie bin' or 'went loonie at the loonie store'.

Its like a resturant on Stilts. You've got to stop because come on when do you run into a restuarant on stilts everyday? LOL

OMG. I totally love Daiso. Excellent stuff even if they're about $2.00 per item. I could go crazy shopping there.

Beware of exchanging money there. We got ripped off. Got $5.00 there that was counterfeit. I'm sure it's not their fault but I would just give them small change.

I don't think they can control whats fake or what isn't. For example on my old paper route there was a paper holder thingy where you put money into it and you get the paper (you've seen them paper stand). Well when I would empty out the machine of money I'd get Canadian coins and a lot of casino quarters. Apparently they got accepted. Is that fraud? yeah but could I do anything about it no.
Same in this case its not there fault they gave you a conterfit, just happens.

Theres three within 10 minutes of me on Fraser Street. Dollar Giants one of them another is Jooneys dollar store and another.

I always buy my paper from there cause Im one of those that just rips the paper off then throws it in the fireplace at the end, and I just assume everyone else is as well.

I bought a few rolls of this type of wrapping paper as a novelty. My relatives complained cause I just wrapped all presents with it and a few went to young cousins. Santa S&M was one and cant remember the other two.

Dont worry, SD you arent the only one with hurricanes through your room. I do too.. but my place is usually pretty good.
