Things for a family to do in downtown Seattle?

Hi everyone

I am bringing my young family down to Seattle in a few weeks for the weekend - just to get away from the rain in Vancouver BC (kidding). I am interested to know of any cool things to do with young'uns (4 years old). I read that the children's museum is great, but cannot seem to find a whole lot else (not a huge fan of Pike Place or the Space Needle).

  Any advice?

  Thanks!

I've heard that the Seattle Zoo is a great place to take your kids. It's a bit small though but the animals are "better" kept than the GVZ.

If you have kids, they may enjoy the Space Needle.

I never thought of Seattle to bring a family, but why not eh?

Does your family like sports? Seahawks are always a popular favorite. Tix may be a bit of a bugger to get mind you.
