Wow, PC. That sounds so good. The only 'salad' dish I know that combines vinegar, cucumber and lemon floating is 'sunomono'. Delicious. It's one of my favorite although I haven't had the pleasure of trying raw abalone. Expensive stuff.
Something similar minus the vermicelli rice noodles that I'm used to.
