How do you picture a series of numbers in your head? (say 33, 34, 35...)

My wife (an obsessed math geek) is curious to know.  
...religion has made some contributions to civilization. It helped in the early days to fix the calendar, and it caused Egyptian priests to chronicle ecplipses with such care that in time they were able to predict them. These two services I am prepared to acknowledge, but I do not know of any others

never was a math person. I'm a visual spacial learner or whatever that means. Never really picture numbers. Most of the stuff I picture is designing things, fixing political situations, dreaming the giant what if, and my picture of what heaven will be like.
