    Tripe and tendon..... yep. I always take them out of my bowl of pho. I tried... I really try to eat them but my throat refused to swallow.

  Speaking of cholesteral, anyone get theirs checked recently? Mine was perfect but that's not saying I'm off the hook since there's a history of high cholesterol that runs in my family.

I was asking about choloesterol (sp), er... not blood pressure. That's completely separate, no? Unless I've been side-blinded by Avril's spit, I'm confusing the two??

I looked it up and you're right.

Well, technically there can be a link between high blood pressure and unhealthy levels of blood cholesterol but it looks like high blood pressure can increase the danger posed by cholesterol, but you can have one without the other. I think that's the relationship anyway.

The article I found says unhealthy levels of bad cholesterol won't necessarily have any symptoms, which is why we should get tested. Thank you for raising my awareness!

Yeah. I kinda knew about that because I had to get both tests done separately before. For my pregnancy and what-have-you-not.

  We should all get our cholesterol check every once in a while. It's quite serious if you don't get it check as heart attacks happens frequently due to bad cholesterol. Happens more in men.

  Anyways, off to make dinner.
