It IS nice when a man can cook, purelife.  Not just survival stuff....but COOK.  I STILL consider it a treat.

*AAAarrrrrrggggg... DS too slow for me today.

You were looking at your cousin's boobs, SD?  OMG!

A man with a romantic heart and knows how to cook.  Ahhhh...heaven bliss.  ;)

Tuna sandwich sounds tasty, don't.  I'm thinking of chicken or maybe meatleaf today.  I found another favorite place to buy my lunches at this mom and pop owned place in the food court.  They are always so happy and so friendly.  They're sooo super sweet.  And they prepare excellent home-made dishes for 5 bucks.

well I mean she announces to the entire family she's getting them inflated and mom kept asking what she looked like post op so lol.

Whats everyone's opinion on plastic surgery? funny I've had plastic surgery and I'm happy.  Beats what I used to have.

I've never had it....doubt that I ever would (although I'd never say never)....but I don't have a problem with what other people want to do to their bodies.

What I DO have a problem with, is plastic surgeons who see nothing but dollar signs.  It makes their profession seem pretty schmarmy when you see some of the work they turn out.  Then again, I guess the ultimate choice is with the individual.

I've never had plastic surgury nor do I have problems with anyone wishing to take this up.  I personally don't think that I would go for breast implants, but I should never say never.  People change as years go by.

ADD:  Looks don't play a huge significance for me.  I'm very comfortable with ME.

Sportsdude

I'm against it completely except if my kids for example get what I have (probability is pretty high) then its up to them to get it fixed or not, I'd support them.

Other then that I do not like plastic surgery since I've seen what it can do to people.  My crazy aunt thought my cousin wasn't growing boobs enough for guys to notice so she fibbed her age and she got breast implants at 14.  Then my aunt got plastic surgery, boob job and so on. And now my younger cousin got breast implants.  All that plastic lol.

I only am supportive of breast implants if someone has had breast cancer and for plastic surgery if they have a birth defect (like I had).

You must love Extreme Makeover, SD.

What's for lunch today? I'm taking Shephard's Pie from a box. Sheesh. Topping that with salad on the side and smoked oysters.

That's less about plastic surgery, and more about stupidity. (sorry for being blunt)

There's nothing wrong with plastic surgery.  It's helped a lot of people.  Overactive vanity should be something that plastic surgeons should have a responsibiliy to recognize and refer such people to some kind of concelling first.

I've heard of "behind the scenes" situations from that awful Extreme Makeover Show where the kids didn't recognize their mommy.  How sad.

Sportsdude

That show is sickening.

Like I've said Plastic surgery can do a lot of good, when you need it as I speak from experience but when its just for looks reasons then I'm against it.

Oh really? The kids didn't recognized their mothers? How utterly sad. Shows like Extreme Makeover just shows you how much we as society truly appreciate 'beauty'. Of course, I'm being sarcastic here. I prefer the other show, What Not to Wear which is more down-to-earth and more realistic. Stacy and Clinton are my fav hosts.

Makeovers are cool just not when they involve plastic surgery.

I don't know how I feel about that whole thing purelife.  Some of those people's lives were pretty sad to begin with.  Most of those people have lived a long life of pain from malformation etc.  I only saw a few, but of the ones I did see.....these people really looked like they could use a little help.  As far as the big boobs, the liposuction and hair transplant stuff goes.....these things could be considered excessive.
