Yeah Lise, its what 2012 isnt it when they get rid of it? Ah well, therell be lots of older cars suddenly appearing on the roads.. you know what would work better than aircare? The old citytests.. now those actually did something. they would check the brakes all around, the condition of your tires, if the car runs and drives good, if theres not smoke or leaks. I mean, I drove an old truck I used to have up to air care to have it tested, and it would pass, but it was pretty much unsafe to be on the road with how rusty it was. As long as a car would pass, airscare cannot do anything. there was a lawsuit about that, they were taking comments and stuff on certain cars then passing it on to icbc.. they are not mandated or qualified to do that.
